Our first meeting will cost you a cup of coffee. We will discuss your firm and determine if we both want to proceed. If we see the value of an engagement, you will initiate put engagement with a retainer up front. We will then set about creating a strategy to address the progress you want to make. This generally takes about a month. We run through Steps 2-4 above and arrive at a strategy that will motivte you to execute. You can go it alone or continue to retain my services during the execution phase.
