He is a lifelong learner and for more than a decade has focused on the challenges of higher education, learning and organizational performance. After a successful business career, he returned to higher education and earned a MA from Seton Hall University and a PhD from Gonzaga University. He has also served in key leadership positions leading learning initiatives, advancing experiential learning, and serving as a senior officer in administration. His new book Fostering Employee Engagement Through Effective Leadership Communication is available at Routledge Taylor & Francis. He is Associate Professor of Practice at Creighton Heider College of Business; and principal at McMahon Marketing LLC. He has been an invited lecturer at universities in China and India.
Tim and his wife Debbie have three adult children, and two granddaughters, Adeline and Luna.
